DIY Deep Water Hydroponics System
Deep Water culture involves suspending the plant roots in a solution of nutrient-rich, oxygenated water. Traditional methods favour the use of large containers with the plant situated in a net pot suspended from the centre of the lid and with the roots suspended in the nutrient solution. The solution is then saturated with oxygen from an air pump combined with porous stones. With this method the plants will grow much faster because of the high amount of oxygen that the roots receive.
This video show you how you can create your own Deep Water Culture hydroponics system with little to no cost and with readily available parts.
